Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

This month's image shows our hometown Dresden, a beautiful Baroque city on the River Elbe in Eastern Germany during Christmas time. Sparkling lights everywhere, carved wooden candle arches illuminating most home's windows, the smell of spiced mulled wine and roasted almonds spread all across town. It's always a kind of magic in the air, especially when the Season's first snowflakes cover the roofs and turn the whole town into a true Winter Wonderland.
