Breccia Formation

"Sedimentary Breccia" consists of rock fragments randomly cemented together in a finer-grained matrix.
Different from a conglomerate, the pieces of rocks are sharp-edged and not rounded.
But they can be incredible colorful like on this canyon wall at Death Valley National Park, California.
